Peter J. Dailey Peter J. Dailey has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He has led corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic planning for a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Dailey led the structuring, legal, financial, cost synergy and integration analyses on M&A transactions, as well as the negotiations with potential merger partners. He has closed $2 billion of transactions and has executed $10 billion of transactions. Mr. Dailey has had direct P&L and operating experience and has been responsible for hiring, managing, pricing, procurement, labor relations, sales, financials, budgeting, billing, and accounting. Before joining Complete Energy, Mr. Dailey founded Twin Pine Capital Resources, an investor and transaction advisor in the power generation sector. Prior to Twin Pine Capital Resources, he served in various roles at Allegheny Energy, Inc., including Chief Strategic Officer as well as in legal, project management, marketing and business development functions. Previously, Mr. Dailey was a lawyer in private practice where he specialized in corporate and securities law as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dailey graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in English and Economics.
