Judy is Complete Energy’s Manager of Office Operations. She is responsible for operations at the Houston office, including facilities, insurance, and other administrative functions.

Before joining Complete Energy, Mrs. Walter was employed by Dynegy, Inc. in Houston for 13 years.  Her work experience includes marketing and trading floor assistant for the Gulf Coast/Southeast traders and Executive Offices of Dynegy.
